A business graduate from Bentley University (USA), he brings over 15 years of experience in education consulting and student recruitment, with a track record of mentoring more than 5,000 students toward leading institutions worldwide.

His work is defined by a bespoke, relationship-driven approach. Binoy partners closely with families to understand each student’s ambitions, strengths, and long-term vision, crafting carefully considered pathways that prioritize institutional fit, future opportunity, and personal growth.

Over the past decade, he has led the growth of Campus Connect into a global undergraduate outreach platform, actively operating across 20 countries, supported by a strong counselor network across 350+ international high schools. Through curated recruitment fairs and counselor forums, he has facilitated meaningful engagement between institutions and school communities worldwide with the ultimate goal of connecting students to the right university. 

Binoy also advises universities on strategic partnerships and articulation pathways, offering institutions nuanced insights into student mobility and global recruitment trends. He remains actively engaged in leading professional associations in international education, ensuring his guidance and participation reflects current global standards and evolving best practices.

Binoy’s journey to international education began with the Education Travel Alliance, where he supported the India launch of a global student ambassador initiative.
